上海市企业法律顾问协会介绍

协会简介
上海市企业法律顾问协会成立于2004年10月，是由本市企业法务工作者及有关单位自愿参加，具有法人资格的专业性、非营利性社会团体。
协会业务主管机关是上海市经济和信息化委员会。协会接受上海市社会团体管理局、上海市经济和信息化委员会、上海市国有资产监督管理委员会以及上海市司法局的监督管理和业务指导。
协会业务范围是：法治宣传、法律培训、实务研究、业务咨询、法律服务、纠纷协调、权益维护、合作交流、承担政府部门委托的相关工作等。
协会是企业法治建设的服务平台，也是联系政府、企业及其他组织的桥梁和纽带。协会将集聚各方资源，开展法治宣传和法律服务，为全面依法治国贡献力量。
协会于2014年被上海市社会团体管理局评为中国社会组织规范化建设4A级协会，并连续多年被上海市经济团体联合会评为先进协会。

Profile
ShanghaiCorporateCounselAssociation(‘SCCA’),foundedinOctober2004,isaprofessional,non-profitsocialorganizationofcorporatecapacityjoined,onvoluntarybasis,bycorporatelegalworkersinShanghai.
ThecompetentauthorityofSCCAisShanghaiEconomicandInformationCommission.SCCAissubjecttothesupervisionandadministrationof,andtheoperationalguidanceofShanghaiSocialGroupAdministrativeBureau,ShanghaiEconomicandInformationCommission,ShanghaiState-ownedPropertySupervisoryandAdministrativeCommission,andShanghaiJusticeBureau.
ThescopeofserviceofSCCAcoverstheareasincluding:legalpublicity,legaltraining,practicalresearch,businessconsulting,legalservice,disputecoordination,rightsandinterestsprotection,cooperativecommunication,andassumptionoftherelevantgovernment-entrustedwork.
SCCAisaserviceplatformforconstructionofcorporateruleoflaw,andabridgeandlinkbetweenandamongthegovernment,enterprisesandotherorganizations.SCCAstrivestopoolvariousresources,promotelegalpublicityandlegalservices,andmakecontributionstotheoverallruleoflawinChina.
SCCAwasawarded‘China4AStandardizedSocialAssociation2014’byShanghaiSocialGroupAdministrativeBureau,and‘AdvancedAssociation’byShanghaiEconomicGroupFederationformanyconsecutiveyears.
